Architects’ story

RUUME Architects, the authors of the project Merks Viesturdārzs, received the prestigious Latvian Architecture Annual Award for the ability to create a versatile quarter, combining Nordic quality and functionality, contrary to the usual approach in Riga’s historical centre.

2nd Stage of the Project

The last available apartments are available for purchase in the 2nd stage building of the project at Rūpniecības street 27, Riga. The building has been commissioned and the apartments are ready for living. Apartments are available with full high-quality interior decoration and the new owners will be able to move into their apartment immediately after purchasing it. The project’s 1st-stage building at Rūpniecības iela 25, Riga, was put into operation in summer 2020. This 96-apartment building is the closest to Viesturdārzs. All apartments of this project stage have been sold.
