Residential projects developed by Merks Majas (Merks mājas), the leading real estate developer, won recognition as the top-rated buildings at the Best Building of the Year in Latvia 2022, Latvian construction show. The 1st place in the nomination Residential New-Builds went to project Merks Viesturdarzs (Merks Viesturdārzs), phase II by Merks Majas real estate developer. Moreover, the project won an award in the special nomination Latvian VALUE 2022 (Latvijas LIETASKOKS 2022) as a construction project that used the most amount of building materials produced in Latvia. Merks Mezpilseta (Merks Mežpilsēta), another project by Merks Majas, was among the top 3 residential new-builds in Latvia.
